Rebecca Wilkinson Counselling is a private counselling practice based in Plymstock, Plymouth, offering one-to-one counselling for adults both in person and online.

Rebecca is a qualified integrative counsellor and NCPS Accredited Registrant, supporting people experiencing anxiety, stress, burnout, bereavement, low self-esteem and emotional overwhelm.

Her approach is warm, down-to-earth and neurodivergent-affirming, recognising that everyone experiences and processes life's challenges differently. She works with people who may struggle with overthinking, people-pleasing, perfectionism, emotional intensity or feeling stuck in patterns they find difficult to change.

Counselling provides an opportunity to explore your thoughts and feelings, better understand yourself and find ways forward that feel right for you. Sessions are tailored to your individual needs, without pressure or expectations.

Rebecca offers counselling in Plymouth and online across the UK, with daytime, evening and some weekend appointments available.
